1.       Develop

Training and digital resources for all district personnel to use.

2.       Engage

Workers, colleague's.  It is not about just signing out books but incorporating library tools into the classroom. Learn360 Poster, digital video streaming, colorful, engaging, citing all things this portal has to offer for teachers and students to aid learning.  Another tool to use in class.

3.       Research

I utilized inquiry based learning to become a more reflective teacher and to study what I am doing and how I can improve.  ie. pilot school study, library information literacy skill (resources).

4.       Explore

Personnel Management and budget management.

5.       Collaborate

Annual District Library Meetings
Monthly CLiP library technicians meetings
Meetings with teacher-librarians.
